Terms of use

These terms cover endura.works and the tools Endura Works makes, Trail and Microtasks. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Your content

What you write in Trail and Microtasks is yours. Endura Works claims no ownership of your notes, clips or tasks, and uses them only to provide the tools to you.

You are responsible for what you store, and for keeping your own backups. Both tools can export everything to a plain file at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the tools to break the law or to harm other people;
• try to disrupt the service or get into data that isn't yours;
• resell the tools or pass them off as your own.

Availability

Endura Works is built to last, and the aim is for the tools to keep working the way you expect. Still, they are provided as is, without a guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Features may change, with the intent that an update never takes away something you rely on.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Endura Works is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, arising from your use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept the new terms.
